Esports Internship Application Steps
Are you a college student or recent graduate that has a passion for esports or gaming? Do you enjoy organizing esports competitions and creating esports content? Are you a gamer that wants to go “behind the screen” to help build new gaming communities? If so, WE WANT YOU!
Recreation Readiness is offering esports internship opportunities for Fall 2021. Selected interns will gain administrative, management, and leadership experience through their work with RR Gaming, our virtual programming unit. Interns will be primarily responsible for organizing and executing competitive esports leagues and tournaments for collegiate gamers. Interns will also assist in administering the Recreation Readiness youth esports program for the U.S. Army. Interns will be immersed in all related functions, including but not limited to: team recruitment, marketing, tournament scheduling, event communication, streaming, shoutcasting, sponsorships, and coaching. This is an unpaid internship, however we will support the earning of academic or internship credit.
